If you return an order or an item that was paid for in part or in full with an E-Gift Card, the corresponding amount will automatically be credited back to your E-Gift Card once your return has been processed. You will receive an email confirming the refund.
If your purchase was paid for using both an E-Gift Card and another payment method, the amount paid with the E-Gift Card will be credited back to the E-Gift Card. The remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
The E-Gift Card’s expiry date remains unchanged following a refund.
