Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change its contents. Please make sure you carefully check your shopping bag and personal information before confirming your order.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery (by not collecting it from the pickup point or by refusing delivery when the carrier arrives), or return it to us within 30 days. Returns from France are free of charge.
Your parcel will then be returned to us and we will issue a full refund for your order.
